Terms and Conditions

Content & Copyright Policy

  1. You’re the Creator, We’re the Fans!
When you upload, post, or share your designs, thoughts, and creations on Bassima, you’re the boss. You hold on tight to your rights, copyright, and any creative genius that’s yours. We’re just lucky enough to have your stuff on our platform! Here’s the twist: by sharing your content with us, you give us permission to use, feature, and promote it all over the world, forever, without any extra cost. Cool, right? But, the key thing is, you’re still the owner. You’ll always get the credit you deserve – promise!

  1. Let’s Keep It Cool, Creative, and Legal!
We’re all about freedom of expression, but there are some lines we just don’t cross. Bassima is a place for creativity, fun, and good vibes, so let’s steer clear of the bad stuff. That means no content that messes with someone else's copyright, is discriminatory, offensive, harmful, or just plain inappropriate. Think of it like a dance party: everyone’s invited, but we don’t want any fights on the dance floor. If you post something that doesn’t vibe with our community guidelines, we might have to step in and remove it. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts that aren’t playing by the rules.

  1. We’re Watching (But Not Creeping)
We try our best to screen everything before it goes live, but hey, we’re only human! Sometimes, a piece of content might sneak through. If you’re submitting something, we trust you to keep it on point and within the boundaries. If anything seems off (like it's breaking the rules, offending someone, or infringing on someone else’s rights), we might have to hit pause and review it. If we think it’s necessary, we’ll remove the content or even disable your account. It’s all about keeping Bassima a space where people can smile, create, and enjoy. Let’s keep it fun, fresh, and respectful!

  1. We’re Here to Support You, Not to Police You
As much as we love your creativity, remember that when you upload something, it’s your responsibility to make sure it’s legit. If your content’s not your own or violates someone else’s rights, it’s on you – not us. We're not here to be the copyright police, but we will step in if it crosses the line. Also, Bassima is a community, and sometimes, you might see content that’s not your cup of tea. While we can’t guarantee that everything you see is 100% perfect or accurate, we believe in freedom of expression, as long as it’s not hurting anyone.

  1. We Can Step In If Needed
If we ever need to review, remove, or ban content that doesn’t fit the Bassima vibe, we’ve got the right to do so. We want to maintain a space that’s welcoming, creative, and positive for everyone. If something’s not clicking, we’ll make the call to protect the integrity of the platform. Don’t worry though, we’re not looking for reasons to shut things down – just making sure the fun keeps flowing for everyone.

  1. Your Data’s Safe, But Don’t Be Creepy
When you use Bassima, we may need to access your account or content if the law asks us to, or if we need to make sure everything’s running smoothly. We won’t be snooping around unless it’s necessary (promise!), and we take your privacy seriously. But remember: by sharing content, you’re also agreeing to let us use it in ways that benefit you, us, and the Bassima community.
