7. Returns and Exchanges

At Bassima Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. • Refunds will be issued as reward points to your Bassima Clothing account, which you can use for future purchases. The value of the reward points will be equal to the amount of the product purchase, excluding any shipping, gift wrap, or COD charges.
• Refunds for shipping charges or gift wrapping are not applicable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Exchange Policy

• Refund on Return Shipping: If you incur shipping costs for returning an item, a maximum of Rs. 100 will be credited as reward points for the shipping charges you paid. This does not cover the entire cost of return shipping but helps to alleviate some of the expense.
